• Local gameplay data. Dune Drifter stores your personal best score locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Information you provide directly. If you contact us through the form on our Contact page or by email, we collect the name, email address, topic, message content, and any phone number or other details you choose to submit.

2. How We Use Information and Legal Basis

• Responding to you. We use contact details and message content to review and respond to questions, bug reports, privacy requests, or feedback you send us. Where a legal basis is required, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in user support and, when relevant, steps requested before entering into an agreement with you.
• Operating and improving the Site. We use server log data to keep the Site running, diagnose errors, and understand aggregate load. Where a legal basis is required, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing and improving a free browser game service.

• Local gameplay data. Stored only on your device until you clear your browser storage or reset the game data.
